Charity - Donation¶

With the "Donation – Organisation" plugin, you can manage targeted donation campaigns and offer your customers the opportunity to participate in charitable initiatives during checkout – flexible, transparent, and easy to configure.

Click the icon to activate the plugin.

Configuration¶

General Settings¶

• Sales channels
  Select the sales channel.
• Activate for this shop
  Enable this option to activate donations for this shop.
• Donation option
  Here you can set the desired donation option in the shop. (Multiple selection is possible)
  Voluntary option
  The customer selects from predefined amounts how much they want to donate.
  
  Percentage
  Percentage of the total order (in %).
  
  Rounding
  The total order amount is rounded up to the next whole number and the difference is donated to the charity of the customer's choice.
  e.g.: An order of €24.85 becomes €25.00 and €0.15 is donated.
• Donation amounts
  Values must be separated by semicolons.
• Exclude customer groups
  Exclude customer groups.
• Show banner
  Enable this option to display the organisation banner in the modal window.
• Show description
  Show all information about the organisation in this shop.
• Show total donated amount
  Display the total donated amount.
• No donation option
  The option (no donation) is shown in the checkout.

Donation¶

• Maximum donation value
  Here you can set the maximum value of a donation.
• Tax rate
  Select the tax rate.
• Show donation in cart
  Enable this option to show the donation option in the shopping cart.
• Show donation at order completion
  Enable this option to show the donation option at order completion.
• Cancel donation
  Enable this option to cancel the donation when the order is cancelled.
• Show donation overview
  Enable this option to show the donation overview in the customer account.
• Badge type
  Choose between logo and symbol.
• Badge symbol
  Meaningful symbol for the donation.
  Displayed as a badge in the checkout.

Organisations¶

Create Organisation¶

• 1) Sales channel
  Select the sales channel.
• 2) Name
  Name of the organisation.
• 3) Position
  Position.
• 4) Active
  Activate organisation?
• 5) Description
  Description of the organisation.
• 6) Banner
  Select the organisation banner via the Media Manager. Selection is limited to one media item. (Recommended size: 768 × 120)
• 7) Save
  Save organisation.
