Automatic PDF creation¶

The plugin allows you to create all PDF documents (Shopware standard and internal documents) directly after order completion and/or send them to the customer.

Configuration¶

• Sales channels
  Select the sales channel.
• Active
  Enable this option to activate the plugin for this shop.
• Always generate invoice
  Enable this option to always generate the invoice after order completion.
• Generate invoice only when paid
  If selected, the invoice is only generated when the order has been fully paid.
• Send invoice to customer
  If selected, the invoice for this sales channel is created and sent.
• Copy to
  Email address for the copy.
  Multiple email addresses separated by ";".
• Subject
  The subject of the email.
• Content
  The content of the email.
• Always generate delivery note
  Enable this option to always generate the delivery note after order completion.
• Generate delivery note only when paid
  If selected, the delivery note is only generated when the order has been fully paid.
• Excluded shipping methods
  Here you can exclude certain shipping methods.
• Send delivery note to customer
  If selected, the delivery note for this sales channel is created and sent.
• Copy to
  Email address for the copy.
  Multiple email addresses separated by ";".
• Subject
  The subject of the email.
• Content
  The content of the email.
